Data we process

Name, email, phone number (if provided), estimated country and language, time zone, webinar answers, attendance and viewing time, chat messages, opens and clicks in our emails, campaign parameters and technical data (device, browser and pseudonymized IP).

Purposes and legal bases

Manage webinar registration, access, reminders and recording: performance of the requested service. Create your free Habihub account linked to the webinar: performance of the service. Send related commercial information: legitimate interest; you can unsubscribe in every email. Measure campaigns and pages, including events sent to Meta: consent through the cookie banner. Prevent abuse and ensure security: legitimate interest.

Recipients and transfers

Supabase (database, EU), Daily.co (video, US), Mailgun (email, EU/US), HubSpot (CRM, EU/US), Meta Platforms (measurement only with consent, EU/US), Cloudflare (security and captcha) and Lovable (hosting). US transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Registration and attendance for the duration of our relationship and up to 3 years afterwards; visit metrics for 12 months; marketing communications until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@habihub.es. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Version: September 2026.
